Everyone knows a bit about nutrition but there is so much conflicting information that sometimes you need a resource which guarantees a professional, expert answer to your nutritional questions. Whether trying to cut out ‘bad’ foods or following a specific diet, such as gluten free or cholesterol lowering, I aim to provide evidence-based advice which is easy to implement and sustain.
